Keep the memory problem boring.
If QuietMemory will not connect, retrieve the expected pair, or complete a governed write, send us enough evidence to reproduce the problem—never your password or token.

Useful details to include
- the approximate time of the problem and your time zone;
- the ChatGPT or other client you were using;
- the QuietMemory connection or pair display name shown to you;
- the exact error text or a screenshot with secrets removed;
- whether the problem is connect, read/search, propose, commit, revoke, or reconnect.
Do not send
Do not email OAuth tokens, passwords, recovery codes, API keys, private Git keys, or full memory exports merely to open a support case. If sensitive evidence is genuinely required, we will agree on a bounded transfer method first.
Access and privacy requests
For pair-access questions, suspected cross-pair exposure, revocation, correction, deletion, or privacy requests, use the same address and identify the request clearly. We may require a separate verification step before changing access or continuity state.
Security reports
If you believe QuietMemory is exposing another pair's data, bypassing authorization, or leaking credentials, stop using the affected connection and contact us immediately with the smallest evidence necessary to reproduce the issue.
